  - For India and International Delivery,  software is sent by courier and is dispatched in 2-3 days after your payment is confirmed.   - For software download orders, an email is sent to the registered email address using which the order has been placed. This email will contain the download link for the software and a serial key for its installation and registration. CD or courier is not sent for software download orders.
  
  - The amount charged by www.corpvibes.com for software requiring a serial key/initialization key is on per registration key basis. www.corpvibes.com will give the serial key for these software only once and in no circumstances will a second registration key be given. This serial key is for use in one computer only. For installation in more than one computer, more serial key has to be purchased.

If a defect or error is found you can report to us by email by providing us details of error, screenshot and other details. Our technical staff will work for you and provide a fix or replace it by providing a download link or software CD as applicable. If our technical support staff cannot provide a fix or work-around for the error or bug in software, a refund can be offered by our technical support team who will then ask you to email us the details for your order and refund to be made. You need to send a signed statement with order details, description of the problem found in the product and that you have uninstalled the software from your computer.
  
  Please note, for approved refunds, it is applicable only if you notify us of the problem in writing or by email within 10 days of delivery of the goods and return the goods to us.
